Message	I was driving down the road and stoped for contruction one rainy night (last night), while my friend was talking on his cell phone in the passanger seat. Next thing i know i look up and see a car that was obviously not going to stop in time. So while i brace myself for impact and look over at my friend to see if hes ready (no warning time)i see him in slow motion twitching around forward and watch his cell phone hit my front windshield and fly backwards. We pull over, i go to survey the damage in the RAIN and notice a large about of damage. What made the whole situation worse was i was hit by a KIA sportage! OMG i cannot believe it, i hate those cars. Well i went to the body stop this moring for estimate and its $6,568 in body damage. So let the insurance battle begin.
